SeeLevel HX: SHOPPER RATING

I am completely new at this so bear with me...
I’ve noticed that several of the shops for SeeLevel HX indicate that you must have a “shopper rating” of at least a certain number, like 5 or 9. Does this mean my number increases every time I complete a shop or is it a literal rating based on a 1-10 scale or ?? Thanks!

Welcome to Mystery Shopping! I've worked with SeeLevel HX many years and they are a great company. You should be rated on each shop and then after several shops, you will have an Average Shopper Rating. Meaning - 10 shops divided by total rating = Average. If you get all 10's then your average would be 10. I'm not sure if they require a certain number to be completed before assigning an average but keep an eye on the your Shop Log page and you will see it appear after the required completed shops. Good Luck! Also review the New Mystery Shoppers link on the forum for lots of helpful information.
Thank you so much! This site has a lot of good info!! smiling smiley
At Sealevel you start at a 5 and then go up from there, right!?
It means you take any job you can for your 1st visit so you can do it, get a 9 or 10 on it and now that is your rating.

I don't know if that's still the case, but when I started there, yes my default was a 5.
And hopefully for most shoppers it goes up. grinning smiley. If not, the shopper has a lot to work on.
They're generous with the 10s. After your first shop it's an 8, second shop a 9 and third you are a 10!
One of my favorite companies to work with. From my experiences, they are fairly easy to work with.
