RESOLVED ----- Strategic Reflections... do they deactivate for being inactive?

****** Thank you all for additional contact info. Apparently something internal with my account that was just sending me in circles. I log in, says no account, I try to sign up says to reset password, I reset password and it says no account ***** you get the idea. One of the ladies reset me and I am good to go!


I haven't done any shops for them since March or April... went to sign in and see what was available. I am unable to sign in. I try to get my password, it says I don't have an account. I try to sign up, it says I already have one. I can't figure out why I would have been deactivated unless it's just for being inactive or not updating a shoppers profile. I emailed the two contacts I had but never heard back. *shrugs*

They had a grocery chain I liked to pick up.

Have you changed a phone number recently? The deactivate accounts if they attempt to call and the number in your profile is incorrect.

Any possibility you used a different email to sign up? I ran into a situation where the scheduler was sending me emails and my job board said I had no shops. Somehow, I'd managed to have TWO accounts under two different emails and she was looking at one, and I at the other. Just did that shop today and OMG the easiest $20 I ever made. My pay rate was, literally, $1.00 a MINUTE.
Email them. I didn't do shops for a couple of years and then did one just last month, so I would say, no, they don't deactivate for inactivity.

Definite no, I've been active on MSC's that I haven't worked for for years like over 7....they don't bother.
There is a way to re-activate yourself on most sites, check it out, it's done on the site, you don't have to ask anyone.

Nope, haven't changed my phone number. I have had my voicemail turned off and only recently reactivated it. I couldn't imagine that being a good grounds. I'll email the contacts above and check into it. I tried the one I have for Celeste, but ya never know with turnover.

Is that the same Celeste that now works for Summit? Try Amanda. Chances are she schedules for your area, too (we are only a couple of states away from each other).
Ironically I just completed another bonused sandwich shop for them tonight (they called me this afternoon). I like the food, I just can't wrap my head around only a $5 fee in addition to reimbursement so I was happy with the $10 bonus.

Being good grounds and being the reason are not mutually inclusive. Not the last time I moved but the time before that there was a 3 day window where I had no home phone (few companies got me cell at the time). Even though I emailed them twice (and it was a weekend) they still threatened to deactivate me because they attempted to call the number on my profile and it was disconnected.

I know some people love them, and I actually did a bonused shop for them today, but they are DIFFICULT to get along with at times.

Are they one of the companies that do the updating of the profile? That gets me a lot of times because if I haven't worked for a company in a year or two, I often don't see the profile nagging emails and just delete them.
