Three months ago completed one of their high-end watch shops for a $150 fee. My log shows it as competed but I did not receive a grade or pay for the job. I emailed the company and never received a reply. Has anyone else worked for this company and were you paid?

AQ is an upstanding firm. Not sure why you haven't been paid, but it is a glitch - not a systemic problem.

AQ international service has not paid me for the jobs I have completed. I have done the same 2 projects for many years. In the past they were just slow to pay and I communicated with the scheduler and the problem was always taken care of. I now have Rob Watson as a scheduler. He does not communicate except to give excuses as to why I have not been paid for 7 months of my work. Out of the MANY excuses he has given, this is my favorite. “ Pay Pal has suspended AQ's account. “ BOY does THAT speak volumes to me.

I can not agree with this statement. They USED to be an upstanding firm. The lack of payment is not a glitch, in my experience. AQ simply does not care to pay its shoppers.

Who did you contact there to get paid? I have a shop I completed over the summer that has not been paid yet. There are no responses to the two requests for payment I emailed through their Sassie site.

I was finally paid too.

My scheduler does not appear to work anymore for the company. In my decade of shopping this is the first time there has been NO response to a question to an MSC,

Sorry, but for some reason I have two IDs with this forum. Why is that? Susan L. is the same person as siouxie12, and both times it shows me as a "New Participant" even though I've participated here before.

Susan, you show up as a "New Participant" until you have made 10 (or maybe 20, I can't remember) posts. If you want to combine your two names into one, PM JacobJ. He is the forum owner and in the past he has helped people combine multiple screen names into one or change their screen names.

I haven't received payments for mystery calls I did last July.
Each time I emailed about it, they'd tell me they're expriencing technical problems.
They would give a certain date to receive my pay. But never receive any payment.
I just received email yesterday that I will get my pay on December 2018
for calls that I did last July 2017.

NEVER AGAIN with this company!

Who did you receive this notice from? I'd like to contact them about my missing pay, so you can message me back-channel with the info if you're comfortable. They're on my 10-foot pole list, too.
