is anyone here using maritz app? i see red icons on the map but when i click on the icon it is not active and nothing pops up

The app is wonky. The camera interface does not work well. They rejected the receipt pics I took. I had to use my phones camera at low resolution, then their website to add the necessary images. I do not recemmend using the spp if sny pics are needed.

I tried using it to apply for shops, bundle shops but it simply does not work

Maritz updated their announcements. They disabled the ability to report shops via the app.

I also had issues with the camera function with my new Andoid. Not a fan of this app.

I received a reply from their IT people after I complained. They upgraded the app for some unknown reason (it worked fine) and now I have to reload several pics and receipts when I get the email that they are unreadable. You also can't adjust the photo while taking it, i.e. zoom, brightness, etc. The whole idea of taking a $10 shop is to do it onsite. If I have to debrief at home, it is not worth my time. I have moved on to other companies with apps that actually work. The last three shops I did for Maritz, the app would not even load onto my phone on site, even though the signal was strong and other apps worked.

My understanding is that the Android version of the app still works for reporting. I've used it this week and had shops accepted. But I hear the iphone upgrade made the app nonfunctional.

Do you still need a security code to report via the app? Have not installed the app & not sure if I want to. Doesn't seem like it saves steps or simplifies anything so I was curious about the need for security codes.

No. You don’t.
That doesn’t mean the app works better. It’s still terrible.
Once the new website is up and running, I’m almost certain that everyone will be using that on mobile devices instead of the app

I have two different Maritz apps - MaritzCX with a CX Onsite in a green circle and another that just has CX in a green circle. Which is their correct app?

I can't even get the app to download while on site. There is no way I am going to drive back and forth, spend time at the site, then go home and debrief all for $13. I am done with these shops for good.
