I received a reply from their IT people after I complained. They upgraded the app for some unknown reason (it worked fine) and now I have to reload several pics and receipts when I get the email that they are unreadable. You also can't adjust the photo while taking it, i.e. zoom, brightness, etc. The whole idea of taking a $10 shop is to do it onsite. If I have to debrief at home, it is not worth my time. I have moved on to other companies with apps that actually work. The last three shops I did for Maritz, the app would not even load onto my phone on site, even though the signal was strong and other apps worked.
