Intellishop Scheduler Unresponsive

For the past few years, I’ve had great experiences with Intellishop. My scheduler was Shannon, and I could email her about a shop or propose a price for a shop and she would get back with me immediately. Either she is no longer with the company, or she is no longer scheduling in my area.

Her replacement never replies to my emails. It’s disappointing. Have any of you noticed a similar pattern?

Shannon is still there. From what I understand, they tend to rotate their projects around between their schedulers.

I have asked questions about my upcoming shops twice recently on the help/contact area of their site but received no response.
How do you find the email for an unassigned shop? There's a problem I can't fix with my profile and I think this is the issue that has my shopper rating too low to self assign.
