Retail Eyes

Does anyone work for this company? My payment in July says paid, but I do not recall receiving it or anything from them since. Also does anyone have a contact number? Have asked scheduler about these issues but the questions have been ignored. Please help or offer any advice if you can or if you know anything at all about this company regarding their payment procedures. I have searched on here and found nothing. Help!

I was paid on time, but at first I thought I wasn't. When I signed in at one point after the shop, it cited a payment date, which was actually earlier than I had anticipated! When no payment came and I signed in again, I saw it had been carried over to the next month. Thing is, the NEW date is when I expected to be paid in the first place. I chalked it up to some sort of internal system.

When was your shop?
You know, I have been doing a shop for them every week or two since before July and up until now. I love doing shops for them and just want to make sure I am getting paid. Thank you everyone for your swift responses and for your wise answers. I really do appreciate it so much. It is refreshing that you are all so nice and so timely and helpful.
Several years ago, I worked for them, they had upscale dining restauants. They were never late and a great Co. They lost those restaurants to another MSC and literally do not have a decent shop near me. I see them changing and am sad about this. Keep posting, I hope and see them paying, let us know.

They payment tab on the site is confusing and sometimes it looks like it shows as paid, even when it just means your payment is pending.

They have always paid me with no need to contact them, so I would not be concerned if it's been less than 60 days.
I did shops for them in March and April. I received payment for March on time, but the April was not coming in. So I contacted first the scheduler, who did not reply. Then the company. I got the email from their website. Someone called me right away and sent a chech a few days later. Call Natasha at 310-796-0080 Extension 101.
