I never thought I would have a phone shop on my 10 foot pole list, but now I do. JM Ridgeway has one occasionally that before yesterday I was never able to schedule. I like phone shops since I don't use any gas and usually they're quick and pretty easy. They don't pay much, but more often than not I can do them with very little effort and the report isn't bad. I did a recorded phone call yesterday and the salesperson didn't make much effort to sell the product. I covered all this in the yes and no questions and of course there were narratives for each section to explain this. I was okay with this although they wanted it in excruciating detail. And then to top it all off they wanted a summary at the end. It specifically said "a one or two sentence summary will not be accepted." So I had to repeat everything I said in previous narratives, again in excruciating detail. In total between call and report it took about 30 minutes. If the salesman had done his job properly, it probably would have taken about 45 minutes to an hour. Definitely not worth it.
