Can Customer Impact be Trusted as a Company

Can Customer Impact be trusted as a company. I am booked to do a shop dinner tonight. The shop file says to call their office 800-677-2260, before doing your first shop with them. The phone number given is out of order. Any insight?

Yes, CI can be trusted. I have been an IC with them for about 14 years. I called the number listed in my guidelines last week and it worked. Maybe a power outage or something else, or maybe you misdialed?
I have only done a few shops for them, but I've never had a problem. You could try again later, but I believe the email (if we're talking about the same client) says experienced shoppers can forego the phone call. Unless you have questions, just skip it.
No problems here! I have a breakfast shop booked today, and a lunch shop booked tomorrow. I've done a slew of mattress shops for them in the past. Never a hitch, and I find their overall level of communication to be both timely and helpful.

You could try the number again, then send an email to your scheduler notifying them about the phone issue. If you are doing one of those carryout shops at a popular casual eatery, they are easy. Like Threemom wrote, if you are an experienced shopper you don't have to call.
YES, one of my very favorites, I work for them monthly and doing a dinner the 15th. Never had a problem in 11 years....do a good job and build a relationship, you have nothing to worry about. Send an email telling them you tried to call and couldn't get through.

Hi Sarah!

Our internet was down this morning and our phones are VOIP so it was affecting them too. Please try calling back now and it should work. If not, please email your scheduler but all should be back up and going.

Haha, we're not!

We usually have great Internet but when there's a blip in service, the phone system is usually the last to get fully booted back up. I've been told by the team we're back in action though! smiling smiley

I love the preshop phone calls, but usually understand the shop better then the person I called. I seem to pick up your new shops.

It seems like they have a regular in my area, all of the shops are gone except for the outlyers before the email notification hits my email. They're awesome, one of the best. I wish I could pick up more in my area!
Looks like Danny Price weaved his magic with some Scotch tape and a wire coat hanger to get the Interweb rays flowing again.

I've only done about 6 of their various merchandising shops using the Go Spot Check app. No problems and paid as promised.
I just did a lunch to go shop for them. I submitted the evaluation while eating and the shop grade was returned before I finished the meal. Love them, lunch was good too.
I'm new with them, and have done a handful of shops. In my opinion, they're highly professional. They want a LOT of detail, but when you provide that for them, they're appreciative. They've also worked with me to correct my newbie mistakes.
Oh, those Curbside To Go shops are not very detailed at all, though I do like the fine dining ones that are detailed just fine, thank you!
My favorite company. The schedulers are great and will work with you if you have a problem! The only thing that I don't like is you can only do their fine dining shop once per year, four months to go and I will hopefully be eating the best steak in the world again!
I have only had the med shops. I signed up for the Chick shops but they do not have them in my area anymore.

To answer your question....Customer Impact can absolutely be trusted!!! Great company to work with and I never have had any problems at all with them.
