I've always made purchase at pump, if I understand your question. Sometimes you will have to enter store for the receipt.
Deleted because the wrong names were edited.

1. Please edit the name of the MSC out. It is against forum rules and your ICA to publicly link the two.

2. I have done many of these. If possible, make the purchase at the pump as part of what you are expected to evaluate is whether or not the pump (and payment system) is working properly. If you can't make the purchase at the pump (i.e. the credit card reader is broken), you should still make a gas purchase - but inside. You are also required to purchase something from inside the store - on a separate receipt.

I was told today by a Maritz Team Member that I will be blocked from the program if I pay inside in the future. This was my first Customer First with them (usually bank shops) and I didn't see this in the guidelines for the shop.

You need to stop listing the name of the MSC with the client. The mods will start deleting your posts and, eventually, remove you from the forum. I anticipate that both your posts will be deleted before long as it is.

Yes, you need to pay at the pump. The only exception is if the pump payment system does not work. The form has a place where you can comment on any reason you could not follow all the guidelines and you would simply state: "The payment option at the pump was broken and a sign directed me to pay inside." You could take a picture of any such signage, just in case.

Yes, you have done what needed doing.

To be safe I deleted both the MSC and client name in case more changes are made. SMH.
