Service Scouts

Had a dreadful experience working for this company. I am an experienced shopper and have also worked behind the scenes too with different companies, for decades. This is the first dreadful experience which says something, for sure.

Simply, they lie!

An example; once, the next morning after a game(mind you, the game began at 4pm and is an hour away), I could not enter information due to the system being unavailable, I immediately sent an email to several sources there. After work that day, I came home and entered the information. I was deducted points because of being beyond the due time.

I would actually call/email the scheduler directly regarding this. Most of the time, the deductions come from the automated system. I've worked with Tracey in the past, and never had an issue with her. She's usually very responsive. Same with the other scheduler that is based in San Antonio, TX.
As a former scheduler and editor for Service Scouts, the points are not deducted from an automated system. An editor has to go in and put in the points on each part of the report. That being said, I am not surprised. I was an editor and got the boot from Tracy for arguing over a shop I did.
Maybe Tracy needs to visit this thread & address some of OP's concerns. I've seen her post from time to time in this forum.
For what it's worth I did my first shop with them in November. Good experience. Approved same day, paid within a few weeks.
I've done multiple shops and first few did not go well as I missed a few interactions but still got paid. They still allowed me to do more and as I learned it got better.
