Maritz Monthly Shops and new shop limits

First, I was wondering if anyone has had their Blue and Red shops assigned for Feb. yet? They usually come out by the 22nd, but I haven't gotten mine yet. I am trying to wait for them to come out because I was offered 3 Green Gas shops Bundles with 73 shops each. When the bundles were released I called the Red and Blue team and they told me that if I accepted the Green station bundles that I would not get my monthly Red and Blue stations assigned because of the new shop limit they have. So I then left a message with the Green Station team and they called me back the next day and I actually talked to a supervisor and she said that if I accept the Bundles they will not go towards my shop limit since they are bundled together. I believe that the supervisor probably knows more then the regular staff but I am hesitant because I remember last Oct. when I had my bundles with the Green shops, the Blue and Red team would not assign me any more shops until I had less than 90 shops, and the shops I had remaining were in these Bundles. The Green station supervisor said that I have some time to wait for the Red and Blue shops to come out before my bundles are offered to other people, so I am trying to wait on that, but I don't want to lose either of them. The Blue/Red shops are my monthly income but I sure do love the money I make when the Bundles come out. I have never had a problem completing both of them on time. So I am wondering what the exact rules are about these shop limits. I wish we could see in writing what the actual rules are that do apply to the limits, like if the Bundles are supposed to affect these numbers. It is confusing when two different teams are telling me two different things. I am hoping that the Red/Blue come out this week, and I especially hope it's not just me who hasn't had them assigned. I would be in a panic, but I can view the available Red/Blue shops on the job board, so I know I am not suspended or blocked from them.
Sorry for such a long post, any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have not had mine assigned for February yet. I had a talk with someone on the red/blue team a couple days ago concerning something else and I mentioned February shops in passing at the end of the call and they suggested by Friday probably, because they weren't done with enough of January yet. (Though Januarys are long gone in my area).

Limit rules are confusing, and I agree with most of your post. I am hesitant to give you a suggestion based on my experiences, though, since I don't know if anything has changed.

I have been told that there is a maximum limit of 60 shops on a shopper's to do list for any month. If you have that many listed to do, you will not be able to assign shops until you have performed some shops and are under the max limit.
For me, this appeared to be true. Once I had performed some shops and the amount of shops on my list went below the 60 shops limit, I was able to assign again.
An easy way to see if you are allowed shops is to just do a quick search of the "blue" shops. If there are none in your area, I would suggest picking a zip code of a major metro area and look for shops. If you do see some, then I would think you should be able to assign.

Well, it worked for me anyway.

BTW, I have not yet seen any February shops assigned to me.

PS The limit feature is something to consider when assigning shops to one's self from the other 2 gas stations. Assign too many for the following month and you may be left wondering why you did not get all the shops you requested for the next shopping period.

Well I did get my monthly shops today so I'm relieved. Just I'll have to see next month what happens if I still have over 90 shops. I was told my limit was 90 but that I can only self-assign 75 of them. Guess it's different for everyone.
Well, since I asked elsewhere, but got no response, I'll ask here, since the red and blue shops are being mentioned. Is there a pay rate, as well as reimbursement for these? Because I was glancing around the available shop list a couple of days ago, and the indication was these were reimbursement only.
Yes they pay $12.50 a shop and up to $6 reimbursement, up to $5 in gas and $1 store purchase. Hope this helps.
We are not allowed to mention both a MS company and their clients. So we use colors that allow us to be able to converse without breaking that requirement. So obviously we cannot go too far in explaining things, or it would be breaking said requirement.
Blue = What some people refer to as their cell phones. Also has a cowboy animal with wings.

Yellow = Think of what you don't eat when eating oysters, crabs and clams.

Green = Think of butter of peanuts shortened to one letter for each word.
Ah, I think I have it. Blue = I phone, Yellow = steak, Green = Skippy (peanut butter). do I have it right?

Well, that's what we call it in St Paul!!
Yes, I know and I have used those same descriptions as well if I wan't sure if the MSC had been mentioned somewhere in the thread. I was just being a smartass.

Did you receive an Email alerting you that there was a problem? They may want you to talk with the supervisor before your shops are awarded. Otherwise, they will go out to the general shoppers.

No matter what, you need to call and ask nicely.

Paragraphing can help but the writer figure what it is that is desired to be communicated and also helps the reader understand the writer.
