Maritz 'save' work button not working?

My husband just did a very narrative heavy report, about 45 paragraphs in different 'comment' boxes. Hit the save button so he could transfer to his phone to upload the corresponding pictures and POOF the report is gone. The 'save' button did not save anything at all!
This isn't the first time he has entered information and had it disappear. Most of the time a page that says "aw snap" comes up and all the work is gone. Anyone else have this issue? I gave up with them a long time ago but he plugs along with their nonsense.

That sounds more like an issue with a "Chrome" browser rather than the new Maritz debrief scheme. I experienced those problems with my older computer.

For long narratives, I've moved to using a Word doc and then copying and pasting the narrative into the debrief.

Just a suggestion. But, I do feel your pain.

I uploaded pictures while on a diesel shop this morning, and "poof" they were gone by the time I got to the next question. Then I tried to save and it would not work. Chrome from Android phone.
