Great responses on here as usual. Many thanks to those on the board offering solutions to why some folks may not see all of their shops on their log. When SASSIE changed their look a while back, a lot of their toggles and filters seemed to stay in "active" shops only, or with shortened date ranges, so often times the shoppers/reps have to go in and toggle those to view their overall past history. CI never changes anything on the shop log once a shop has been finalized in the system, so if you truly aren't seeing something from your history and it isn't due to the filters, please contact me immediately so we can look it over.
I wish SASSIE allowed y'all to create a "default" view yourself so you wouldn't have to change it each time you got in there, but unfortunately they don't have that feature at this time.
