What the heck is going on at CI this year? First, they screw up and withdraw our checks. Now they are removing shops that we have done from our shop logs. Has anyone else seen their shops disappear?
Every single one of my past shops is now gone and now a 25 dollar car order just gone off my board. I wouldn't have bought the 25 dollars worth of food a) if it wasn't reimbursed and B ) if the shop wasn't bonused with a 20 shop fee really??? so where is my $45???

I have one pending shop for Wednesday. That is all that is listed on my board. That's all of my completed shop history is gone, poof.
Have you tried to contact CI and ask them what happened?

All my shops are still on my Shop Log.

F and L, have you updated your Shop Log with Show Filters to display Any instead of just Active for your Job Status?
I suspect roflwofl is right. With Sassie shop logs, you need to use your filters to see "any" shops. And then when you find your shops, come back here and edit your posts.
I just did my favorite lunch shop last week, no problem. They seem to have many more shoppers in my part of town, as I'm not getting a fav. BBQ and my rotation is up. Update your profile...

Live consciously....
The thing that F&L doesn't realize is that most of the time with Sassie logs if you have 1 or more active shops, the completed and received ones don't show unless you change your filters, as roflwofl suggested. Hoping he does that soon and figures out that CI did not remove his past shops.
Another thing you can check is the dates under Filters. I've done a bunch of shops dating back 8 years but only shops from 2/20/2017-2/20/2019 are shown. If I change the dates, I can view all shops I've completed for them.

If you do that and all shops are not shown, I might think about contacting them.
Great responses on here as usual. Many thanks to those on the board offering solutions to why some folks may not see all of their shops on their log. When SASSIE changed their look a while back, a lot of their toggles and filters seemed to stay in "active" shops only, or with shortened date ranges, so often times the shoppers/reps have to go in and toggle those to view their overall past history. CI never changes anything on the shop log once a shop has been finalized in the system, so if you truly aren't seeing something from your history and it isn't due to the filters, please contact me immediately so we can look it over.

I wish SASSIE allowed y'all to create a "default" view yourself so you wouldn't have to change it each time you got in there, but unfortunately they don't have that feature at this time. If you have any questions or want to investigate it further if you still aren't seeing what you think you should, please don't hesitate to reach out.

But actually it's always been that way with Sassie logs, even before they changed the look. You have to change the filter to "any" to see all shops if you have active shops. I hate the new look , though. The old look was way easier on the eye.

Typing on my phone...dratted autocorrect.

what drives me crazy with the new look is the lack of ability to sort the shop log (as far as I can see) I would really like to sort them by date so that I can easily see what I have coming up and ensure that I have everything in my database.
Try changing the filter on the top. I thought the same thing but you can change the dates and if the shop is finished or active.
Really? I'm so sorry to hear that!

I love Customer Impact. I'm sort of lucky, though. They have high demand shops they fill instantly, and I happen to live in one of the few areas that for some reason nobody takes. I can accept the shop at my leisure, not having to worry if someone else will get to it first. They have super awesome shops in my area, including full steak dinner takeout shops. If you haven't met the minimum reimbursement allowance, you can add on until you do, so I throw on clam chowder and all kinds of awesome stuff and have myself a fabulous Sunday. smiling smiley

In the new platform, some companies set completed work to disappear from your current dashboard. If you click on the dark grey funnel icon, beneath the second bar tab, you can filter by status in the drop down menus. You can sort by status of finished, current, or all, by date, or by client.

I saw a few of mine roll off the current pages when the new layout began. I discovered they're all still there on the filter menu. When you're used to seeing everything on the top log page for years, I agree, it's a little different. But I think the new layout is nicely organized once you find all its features.
Here's the deal I got the email back from CI about the filters ok cool but what caused my filters to change in the first place? I did not change them. For the six months I've been shopping with them, all of my shops were seen on my log. I can go check when I get ready to do my payroll and the dates etc etc and look at them anytime I want. So why did the filters change or reset or whatever it was by themselves?
But thank you to everyone who tried to help me learn about them (forum members, Mr. Daniel, and whoever answered my email). I now know how to control them and find them. Thank you.
(ps I'm started to keep track of them more often now because I'm doing too many shops for too many companies and in case of any issues, I'm trying to keep better records).
F&L, it's the reporting platform, not CI's fault. I wish you would edit your original post.
Just for the last couple months, my shops do not show in my log as most my other companies do. I don't necessarily like that idea.... also I've noticed where they have slowed down on payments.
Go back and check the filters. Your shops are there - you just have to play with the filter. You will see that in every company that uses the Sassie platform.
