Agreed! Those pizza shops have too many requirements and not enough benefits. The pictures look fine to me on my phone and then ..... rejection. You have to order what they tell you, have low pay, and a high rejection rate. I won't do them anymore either.
Agreed! I've completed approximately 50 pizza shops and have never had one rejected. I've received a 10 on every report. Today I receive an email that my photos were not taken directly overhead. Bull! I reviewed the photos again, and they are taken directly over the pizza. It's like they're trying to reject shops. And I was doing this shop as a favor to the scheduler. I don't care for their pizzas. That's what I get for trying to help out a msc.
Hey, I don't like those pizza shops either, though I have been lucky so far as to have no rejections. But, I only take them when highly bonused ($20-$25). However, they have a casino shop (at least last year they did) that I enjoyed and if the auto sales shops go above $42 I will do them.
Never done a Pizza shop with them since there were plenty of warnings on the forum. Plus, I hate their pizza.
I was looking at these shops in my area, debating on doing it. Ive never had that brand of pizza... but as I keep reading. I think I will stay clear of these shops, even if I want pizza. Ill just go make it.

Like the rest of you, I've done many of them. No problem All of a sudden.. Pictures no good. Just like all the other shops. Same room, same lights,same camera, but shop rejected, Makes no sense,

From what I see posted here, Intel has nothing in place to get help. The one time I did this shop my pictures were rejected. I used software to lighten them up and they were accepted.

The pizza company in question has the same large two topping pizza for $7.99 on their website for carry out. The shop is so not worth the trouble.
I once had them tell me the two photos I had submitted were blurry. I zoomed in on my computer, they were in focus and not blurry. So, I sent them the exact same two pictures and they were approved.
I performed two of these shops. It was awhile back but, as I recall, the first ship’s payment (including reimbursement) was in the vicinity of $40. The second was a bit lower. Then, when I’ve seen their postings, it’s been only for reimbursement for their pizza or a few dollars over that. -Totally not worth the work, plus their pizzas suck.

it was so close. They said I wasn't supposed to make an appt. (which I didn't) just a call. I got rejected, no pay and a 1 rating. Good point all. I did two of these pizza shops last year and both were rejected. These were the first two rejections I have had in several years of shopping. After getting a higher resolution camera, I decided to try once more. After getting an initial rejection on my photos, I sent all the photos I had taken (5). Apparently, I will get paid this time with a lowered rating, but I've done my last shop for that client. I may shop other clients with this MSC occasionally, but there are too many other companies and clients that are eager to receive our efforts.

Intelli is one of my favorite MSCs honestly. I usually only pick up assignments with bonuses. I’ve never had any report rejected where I had to do anything more than take a picture of the building. But one time I took a photo of the wrong building. They rejected that shop and I sent another from the same day that was the right building. I sent several emails but never heard back from them on it. I didn’t have to actually do anything during the shop but still was annoying. I’ve done 30-40 other shops with them, no issues. And that company’s pizza sucks and I will also only do them with bonus. You spend way too much ordering it at regular cost to risk rejection. One time they wanted the photos resent. I sent the same two photos and they approved it.

I did literally 200 of the pizza shops with the now closed compmay NSS. 195 went thru no problem. But intellishop refused to pay any bonus on them. So i never bothered.
Also, intellishop is WAY too nitpicky imho. And refused payment to me on several phone shops that they messed up on. I just canceled with them a few montha ago. After telling them why.

Are any of this pizza place's major competitors shopped? Or is this the only major national pizza chain that is shopped?
There are several pizza chains that are shopped by several MSC's, but as this thread names one MSC, I won't mention the clients here. Sorry.
I had gorgeous pics and they requested more. Couldn’t believe it. There is nothing stopping them from saying this and then not paying. We are stuck paying for an overpriced pizza.
I like when I have a point removed for spelling errors.. what their spell check doesn’t work? Whatever!

Had the same problem with the pizza mystery shop. Took photos that were perfectly clear and I believe met their requirements. Also took multiple pics, as they had instructed. A few days later I checked on their board and saw that the shop was rejected because the photos were not satisfactory and the "shopper could not provide new photos." Thing is, was never asked for new photos AND they never responded to my emails. Have done over 1,000 shops in the past few years and this was the only time I feel I was cheated out of my shop. I will never do another shop for t hem again.
The pizza pics have always puzzled me. I am so careful to choose the best ones of all the ones I have taken. I must have done 40 pizza shops by now. Three times the MSP asked for more because they are blurry, so I sent them the ones I thought were less clear than the best ones I submitted with the report, and they thanked me. How odd, and how unscientific. Do they know what it means to hold other variables constant? I wonder if they think about the other factors involved in discerning the clarity of pictures, such as their own computers' capabilities and their own vision. I got PRK (the highest tech version of LASIK you can only get in places like Manhattan) and spent good money to have better than 20/20 vision, and I understand the factors that go into a digital picture. Do they? How frustrating! I mean, being asked for extra pics and not having your score affected is not something for me to complain about, but when you put in the extra mile and have to wonder....
I had the same problem, but it was with BARE not intellishop. I'm pretty sure it's the same pizza shop. I haven't done a shop with them since.
