Has anybody had issues while filling out the reports for JM Ridgway? I never had any huge issues until Feb 20th. I completed 3 shops for them on and after the 20th. It took 4 whole DAYS for me to get the 4 little reports completed! The first 2 reports would completely delete every single time I clicked save!! (Yes I clicked save way before the time was up) My answers deleted over and over even when I saved them every 5 minutes! I finally got the 1st report finished completely and went to sleep. Woke up the 21st and the entire report was blank! On the 21st the save button seemed to work better. It would only delete half of the answers and save the other half. So i got the 1st report done and it finally saved and submitted (i hope). I started the 2nd report I got it completed and submitted it... Then found out it was blank!!!! On the 22nd the same thing happened. The 23rd the site appeared to be back to normal ( but the spell check button would NOT work). So I was able to finish all of the reports and I was "done" i thought! Then I get a email that night saying 1 of the reports was completely 100% BLANK! When I looked on the site the report was completed! But it did not show up as completed to JMR until sometime on the 24th!! Ugh it was a awful experience. Did anyone else have problems from Feb 20 to Feb 24? Or near that time?

JM Ridgeway uses the Sassie platform. I didn't see it, but there was a thread about issues with Sassie during that time. It could be related....

I find Service Sleuth to have the longest reports after Cirrus' apartment shops. (I suggest avoiding Cirrus' apartment shops unless they are the 'low-income' $25 quick report ones). I would also avoid Service Sleuth credit card shops unless you have time on your hands. (I do both from time to time). JM Ridgway actually has fairly short reports. Probably more a problem with the computer than the Sassie site. It is very reliable.

I suggest avoiding Cirrus period.

Thank you! There must have been something crazy going on! I was able to complete a bunch of other reports during that same time period for different MSC and had no issues. I can't remember if the ones i did at the same time use sassie or not. It was crazy. The last report was complete and showing complete in my shop log but it was showing 100% incomplete to JM Ridgway!! It finally showed up to them as completed the next day (even tho i could not even reopen the report lol).

I thought the issue was on my end at first. However, I continued to completed shops for other MSC during the same time period and did not have 1 single problem with any of the reports. It was just JM Ridgway. It was super weird!

Maybe so, but there's all kinds of crap that gets posted in the forum without a need for it to have been posted to begin with. But once is enough.

I'm sure they've taken her name off the list - who would want to work with her? And no telling how many other schedulers who read here will take her off their list, too?

Go away (you know who) you are shooting yourself in the foot. You have no idea how many schedulers read this and how you will not get anymore jobs at all.
