Isecret phone shops

Anyone had issues with isecret? I had a recorded phone shop where instead of transferring me to the company the system kept hanging up on me, (tried both cell and landline phones). I told scheduler ‘Robin Luchko (Measure CP) <robinl@measurecp.com> ’ and she not only unassigned my upcoming shops but won’t reply when I ask her why or what is the issue. I have done many other recorded phone shops for isecret without issue and have a problem one time and now I can’t get a phone shop to save my life! What irrates me the most is I can’t get any other scheduler to assign phone shops to me now either. No one I email about it will answer me so I can only guess Robin Luchko said something horrible about me that I can’t read or see!!

That seems strange. I've never had the recorded line through iSS give me issues. However, have had issues with phone recordings through other platforms. I've always had a great response from my schedulers.

See if you can find a number to call for the MSC and make an inquiry.

That’s s good idea. I can look and see if MeasureCP has its own helpdesk. I had contacted isecret but they said they were just support for the technical aspects of the app not actual shop info or rating info.
