Locked out of Maritz site? GRRRR

This morning I was first locked out. Then the site finally recognized my user name, told me that it had "resolved the problem." I was invited to sign in, instead of getting a new password. When I tried that, I got a message saying "something went wrong." Now I am locked out again. AND it appears that I am locked INTO a loop, where the whole scenario repeats itself. Cannot enter AND cannot reset password.

Anyone else having a problem with this site today? Or a problem like this, ever? GRRRR

I spoke with 2 very pleasant and helpful folks there today and am awaiting a promised call from "Admin" because neither could permit a resetting of my password.

I'm sure the problem will get resolved. I find the people at Maritz usually pleasant and helpful. Some shoppers are a bit critical of some of the senior citizens there but with a little patience they can be pleasant and helpful too. Although I did have to chuckle when one of the elder stateswomen forgot if she called me or I called her.
I had a problem a couple months ago, but logged in with success today after getting an email.

Live consciously....
I had the same problem yesterday...And another problem when I finally did get signed on.....my sole shop on their board went "poof"! The I signed on again and it re-appeared. I think their website is kinda wonky right now....
Wales - Ha! I had the same thing happen yesterday. In the midst of getting help with their website, which was acting up...One of their 'elderly' ladies (she shall go un-named!) was helping me and then ---ding!---she remembered that she had called me earlier regarding the same problem! she laughed about that herself!

It hasnt happened, but I was quite comfy with the old site. I still dont like the new site as much user friendly as the old one.
I didn’t have any trouble getting in but when I completed two reports, every one of my pictures posted sideways. After calling, I was told the editor would fix them. Yes, their new system has some glitches.

If you are having sideways posting pictures problems, I have found 2 ways to fix it (the second is easier for me than the first)...either take your pictures sideways (i.e. don't go straight up and down for the pumps), or just open each file, click "save", then move on to the next one. It's a bit of a pain but still quicker than resizing and renaming under the old system.

It has been 5 days. Still no word from Maritz except that promise, on 3/15 to have admin call me to fix the problem and then, this morning, an email saying that the shop (which I completed yesterday, as scheduled) is overdue.

So far the scheduler has tried TWO resets of my password that did not work. Since Vicky at Maritz tried one last week that failed, that makes 3 strikes! I just want to get his report entered.

And, with a new winter storm (icy mix starting within a couple of hours followed by 36 or more hours of freezing temps, snow and sleet) is bearing down on us, I have to venture out to get supplies while the roads are still relatively safe.

Well I finally heard from someone at Maritz on 3/20 with a solution that worked and allowed me to get in and reset my password. I reset it to what it had been before the failures started and that worked just fine. Five days of waiting and all I was told was, "Well, we are busy." On the other hand, the KSS scheduler was very helpful and reset the due date because of the delay. The Maritz system by which the scheduler, alone, is supposed (per the guidelines) to be the only one who can do a password reset, never worked. My personal lesson from all of this: take these shops only when an outside scheduler is involved. She was the only one who took timely action to avoid me showing up as a flake!
