I just completed one yesterday, I will keep an eye on it to see what happens, thanks for the heads up. I had to travel almost 300 miles total by the time I finished all the other Shops along the way so it would "add up okay" for me in the end. I'd not be a very happy Shopper to discover they "didn't get it" even though I had the report completed and turned in within two hours.
To cover yourself, always take a a photo of your completed successfully message, with the time and date visible on your screen, then email the scheduler that you have submitted it immediately. Noting that if there are any problems, questions or further information need to finalize this report contact me immediately at ...........!!
