Maritz CX Onsite App Issues

Has anyone found that since downloading and using the app on an Android tablet, the tablet starts to crash and cycle on and off? I did find out that the audits for one team should not be done on the app; according to the team member on the phone, "You can't do those on the app. It doesn't work." and some agreement that the app caused problems.

I have been tempted to try it on my phone (not the one I was told not to but the others) but I am a little afraid of frying my phone,

I have never used the Maritz app but love the MobiAudit app which I use primarily for IPSOS. Has anyone used the Maritz app recently and had success? I have an iPhone, if that matters.

I don't use the Maritz CX mobile app, but I do all my gas station shops right on the Maritz web site from my phone as I am doing the shop. Works out great, and would be better if my phone took the correct 640x480 photos, but it doesn't. If it did, then I could also add my photos to the report at the same time I was doing the shop. Instead, I just answer all the questions and save. Then add photos from my laptop when I return home. I have also done it this way on my tablet, but prefer using my phone.

There are apps for the phones that will resize the pictures for you.

I accepted my first gas station audits that ask for 640x480 photos. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. What apps are recommended to resize the photos?

I used to resize with photo gallery but now I send the full size photos without resizing. On those occasions when the app has worked, it accepted the really high quality photos my tablet does so...

Agreed - really like the MobiAudit.

I too am interested in feedback on other good apps like this one.

@jillymae16 There is/was a note on the website that we're no longer required to re-size our photos so you shouldn't need to download anything else. Just take a photo and upload.

I have not tried it in the last three months but It was on Android phone and could not get it to work. I have tried to do it only on WiFi for the shops I can not do in CO UT and AZ cell service is rough to find from what I was told by a cell carrier it is because of the Reservations,and National Parks will not allow cell towers. I have repeatedly told the anyone that will listen but it does seem that IT is trying.
