I've been having trouble being able to enter an evaluation since noon March 29. I called and they said they were having technical issues and keep trying. Has anyone else had this problem?

I was locked out of their site for 5 days about a week ago. No problems for me since then.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
Sometimes if you try a different platform (is that the term??), it will work.

For example; I use Windows 10 IE, then Chrome and then TOR. For me, if Win 10 IE fails, Chrome usually works.
I used Chrome, which the Maritz person said was good and should work. I tried firefox)mozill) and MS Edge. same result
