Question about Maritz....

Just curious....did my first shop with Maritz and I'm wondering how shoppers know when their shops are accepted and/or graded if Maritz scores your shops? Maritz of course does not use Sassie so it's new software to me. Thanks in advance for any replies.

I have never heard of any rating that or grade that Maritz makes public for the shopper. As for shops being accepted, it works in reverse - if your shop is not accepted, you shall hear from Maritz, if it was accepted, you shall not.
Typically, if you have debriefed your shop, you will get an Email from Maritz within 3 or 4 days IF your shop is on "Hold" - meaning that there is something additional they want from you (answer a question, a better photo or maybe comment, etc). If you get no E-mail, you're home free. Except........

If you did your shop on a Monday, you may hear from them within the week. If you debriefed on a Wednesday or later, it will be the next week. Except..........

However, there are some shops, it seems, that they review in bunches many days later than normal. I remember hearing from them about a "Yellow" gas station I did two weeks prior. They wanted a better product photo because my interior photo and product photo were taken from the same location in the shop. Whatever.
I don't know but it doesn't seem to matter which shops they are for whichever clients they are. Sometimes they sit longer than I think they should.

For me, I check the "MY SHOPS" tab and then go to the "Shops ON Hold" tab to check on any "Holds". I do this daily because I'm anal about it.

Just remember that with Maritz, you must invoice them in order to be paid for the shop. the link is there under the "MY SHOPS" tab. Click on the "Submit An Invoice" tab and enter your shop ID and amount of purchase that you can be reimbursed for.
