Ath - cancellation and no confirmation of receipt

Good morning everyone!

I applied for few jobs from Ath and found the turn-around time from apply to acceptance is so great that conflicts arise for me.

E.g., I am supposed to do a bank shop next Tuesday; When I applied, I was free. When they notified me that the "job" was mine, I was no longer free.

I cannot get acknowledgement (sp) from them about cancelling the shop and now it's the weekend .... what to do?

Anyone?

For one, make sure you contact them by clicking on the shop and using the Help/Contact feature -- don't just reply to the email confirming the shop.

When I apply for a shop, I keep it in pending until I receive notification. If something comes up in the interim, I sign into the MSC's site and delete the application. This is really the best way to avoid conflicts -- some MSCs consistently notify late.

A few of the schedulers do work from home. If after you do not receive a reply after using the contact us. Email and telephone the scheduler.
Thank you all!!! I did FINALLY get thru to scheduler so it worked out okay.

Now I know there may delays from application to accepted!
