MARKET FORCE: How to make sure the receipt and food picture do not get mixed up.

I have tried several different ways- always make sure the food picture is attached to the right icon and the receipt is attached to the receipt icon, then properly link them. Then I go to the next page thinking I am done. But no, the food picture always ends up in the receipt slot when I check my report on my shops list. Can someone please give clear guidance on this- step by step? I am very careful but this happens over and over. I have asked MF and they say do not give much help. This is just not working.

Do I not link until the END of the report? Link separately from the report after I finish all the questions? Just mark "yes" when they ask me if I have a receipt but not link it yet? What? Any help appreciated. My food picture always ends up in the receipt bin after I submit my report. How can you tell it is right BEFORE submitting?

When they ask if I have a receipt, I upload it but I don't link it until the end when I upload additional food pictures. The food picture and the gas station pictures always link automatically but the receipt does not. I never link until the very end and haven't had problems.

Edited because I don't think I completely answered what you are asking. I don't understand what you mean by "My food picture always ends up in the receipt bin after I submit my report. How can you tell it is right BEFORE submitting?" On the final page before review and submission, I can see all the photos I have uploaded and it's easy to just link the receipt. I don't see different bins.

What I have noticed/done is to upload and link the photos, but then at the very end there is an extra step where it is indicated to "link receipt". I don't know why it is set up this way. If you are doing a report for the first time, it isn't clear until the end. But it does seem to link correctly at that point.
I go to the shop details and upload the pics first. Then I link the pics in the report as it asks for them. There are arrows on the pics you've already uploaded so you can click on it, find the right pic and link it in the report as you go. When you upload the pics first, you can link the receipt right then and there. Pics upload faster there also.
Hey, it took years and years before they asked you to actually upload something will actually filling out the report you expect them to actually get it right. Do remember when we to scale all of the pictures down because they were so far behind the times as to what size you could send.
I upload the photos during the report (when page comes up that asks for them) then I link the receipt when I come to the page that asks for them. Then it asks to link them together. I do that. I have not had a problem with the pics and receipts. smiling smiley
I have had the exact same issue with this, and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. Most of the time the pictures are in the right spot, but then I will have two or three times that a picture of food is in the spot where the receipt should be. This must be with how it is being linked. If someone could list the steps (baby steps) for this, it would be most appreciated!
As I recall, it says: "Do you have a picture of the item?" You say yes. Once you say yes, the window opens for you to upload the picture. A few pages later near the end, it says "Please upload image" (meaning receipt) but it really means receipt. I think that might confuse some with the word "images" You upload the receipt. Then they are side by side. You click "Link the image" meaning you are linking the receipt and the picture together. smiling smiley
This is quirky software. Thank you everybody for all your tips. I think what finally work is to upload the food ONLY and answer "yes" to "Do I have a receipt?" question but do NOT upload the receipt then (even though it allows you to). Wait until the end of the reports and upload and attach it then. That seemed to work. THANKS !!!
When the pic is "shady" in the upload part of your report that is only showing the pics that are uploaded that you can choose to link. You then have to click on LINK PHOTO and you can scroll using the arrows. Do you see the arrows? its not the software and is actually the easiest of all msc upload links

That's exactly what I do. smiling smiley
I rarely go to completed shops to view the receipt. For contract A or S any point of upload is fine. If you keep your pic of your receipt and your log of the shop and the receipt and the shop is accepted don't worry about it. Just keep it moving. For shops like the gas station audits like contract P I suggest uploading all the images first using the shop details link, it will save you an hour or two of time.
If I capture photos, video or audio that I will upload later, I take a photo of my magnetic disk that I use to hold my phone on my dashboard in between every shop. That keeps them separate.
