Sinclair’s site down?

Hey guys! I’m trying to enter a report tonight and I had it completely done, hit save and it kicked me out of their site. I can’t log back in and I entered a Marketforce report with no issues after being kicked out of the Sinclair site so wondering if they are having technical issues? I emailed my account representative to let her know the issue but in her email reply she isn’t back In until 8:30am tomorrow. Any other suggestions on what to do? I have only completed a few shops with them so I’m not super familiar with them. Thanks in advance for any info!

Yep! And their 'app' is down too (although I wouldn't call it an app, just a mobile optimized site)

Okay, thanks for confirming that I’m just inexperienced with them so wanted to check in with the forum and see if anyone else had tried to use their site...

I had that problem yesterday. At the very top right-hand side of their website is a thing that says technical support click on that and tell them you can't login. I did that and within 30 minutes later I tried again and I was able to get in

Thanks for that tip, I ended up trying again around midnight and was finally able to get in and submit my report. Thanks again for your help!
