Two easy steps to do:
First expand your search distance or look in other areas of the country (try Chicago, Minneapolis, St Louis or any other major metro area). Those areas always seem to have "Blue' shops that haven't been taken. If you do this and still do not see any shops, you may well be banned. so, go to step 2.
Call them, don't Email (it never works). Ask to speak to their "Blue" team supervisor. If they say the supervisor will call you, await the call. If you were banned, you should have received a phone call from them earlier in the month. If you indeed have been banned, the supervisor who you have asked to speak to will want to go over why you have been banned and then once you understand, they may or may not reinstate you for the "Blue" shops (usually they do). Its their algorithm of positive shops, etc.
"Blue" shops come in monthly and quarterly shops. Many of the monthlies are assigned to shoppers who have requested doing them again (at the end of the debrief it ask if you want to do the shop again when available). the quarterlies come every 3 months and. If you did some like on April 30th, you would not be able to see the shop available to you until the next go - round 90 days from your last time doing it. That means it could be up for others to see before you're able to see it.
