I did a search and can't find anything about this company on this board. I did a "high end hotel shop" for them (overnight) after I saw it posted in the jobs section of this forum. I cannot say enough good things about this company. All of the emails I exchanged with the scheduler were answered promptly. She was very helpful in answering my questions, as I had not done a hotel shop before. Afterwards, she helped me clarify some of the questions that I didn't answer entirely the way the company wanted. There was quite a bit of narrative, but it was not unreasonable. Best of all, I was paid only two weeks after I finished the shop! I would work for this company again in a heartbeat. Anyone else?

Yes, I have done only one with them and it was a check-in/check-out. It was a reasonable job with well written instructions and good communication. I felt the job was handled professionally. Subsequently I have noted the jobs being handled by an outside scheduler, so don't know how well that would go. There were no problems with receiving timely payment. I look forward to being in rotation to do the location again.

I have done a few tire store audits for them. The reports were reasonable, as was the fee. I was paid early the following month. I will be looking for these assignment again.

I haven't scheduled with them through outside schedulers, but assign myself, typical Prophet.

I like them and wish they had more shops here. The reports are straightforward and are without unreasonable demands or unstated expectations. Pay has been average to high. Occasionally, their site experiences problems in photo uploads, and repeated effort is requested. Schedulers and editors have been friendly, professional and appreciative.

I'm glad I have seen all these positive comments as I am doing a high end hotel shop for them this month!

Is this the same company as Business Solutions, with the website, www.bizshoptalk.com?

I received an unsolicited email from a scheduler, but without the B before "Business Solutions".

I am doing my first high end hotel shop with B Business Solutions next month and am really excited about it. Based on my experience thus far, the scheduler is professional and prompt with communication.

This is reassuring to see the positive feedback!

I think I may have posted elsewhere about this company but I find them great to work with. Very professionally run and I would recommend them for detail oriented people.

In my opinion, they are and have always been one of the most professional shopping companies. They usually always have some shops in my area. They were one of the first shopping companies that I shopped for in the late 90's. As long as you provide great detail, they will always have some great shops for you to enjoy! ;-)

I just completed a shop and I did not find them so great. I am waiting for payment. It has been 3 weeks. They asked for a lot of clarifications. This is my first job for them but the scheduler seemed difficult to work with.

It's a simple formula with them. Discuss every single standard in the narrative, no matter how it was scored.

I have been working with this company for several years. I enjoy their assignments and there is always good communication with their schedulers. The reports can be time-consuming, but are reasonable when looking at the amount reimbursement/payment received for each assignment. It's truly a pleasure to work with them.

I saw this in my area as well. I was tempted, but thought the fee was too low.

The shop does sounds pretty clear-cut, and the instructions were very thorough. If the fee were higher, I definitely would have jumped at it.

I am doing few valet parking jobs for them. Has any one done them?

Almost the exact same assessment. I called the scheduler twice because their directions were not clear and got no answer. Finally sent and email and didn't received a response until almost 24 hrs later (messaged in the morning). I then had to make NUMEROUS corrections (several emails) which took forever since the scheduler kept taking forever to respond.

Fortunately, they only have one location in my area, so I'm not at their mercy.

I got offer to work for them but seems to be a scam. They offer $500 for a shop and I have never been paid in advance or that much for a shop. Has anyone worked for them and been paid in advance with a check and $500???

I have worked with the real B Business Solutions and they do NOT send checks in advance. Their name, like the names of many other mystery shopping companies, is being used for scams. The real B Business Solutions has a website at [www.bizshoptalk.com] to register to work with them.

I did work for them. They pay quickly, and they are responsive to e-mails.
