Customer Service Profiles requires an access code to apply

From what I can figure out, to apply I go to www.csp.com and then evaluator log in. From there I choose to register and it asks me for an access code.
Can anybody help me with this?

From what I can see it looks like you have to be invited to apply. If you received an email from an independent scheduler, reach out to them.

Go to csp.clientsmart.com. It should not require an access code there.
