Does any know how genuine is Cirrus marketing

I did 9 apartment shops through Cirrus. In emergency I carried my son to one apartment. It’s 20 days now today got email from scheduler that all my shops are cancelled as I took my son on the assignment. I am trying to convince her that you can cancel one assignment where I carried him but not all. Heather is saying client is not accepting. I need feedback did anyone face this

Yes, I have worked for them. They take more than 90 days to pay, and you have to remind them. I would write to MSPA if you are a member because you could not reconcile this with Cirrus. I would also report them to the Better Business Bureau of where they are headquartered. Check to see if they are a Chamber of Commerce member in their Headquarter City and report them. If the money is worth it to you, you can always take them to Small Claims Court. It is really up to you. You have to be brave and courageous and agressive in this industry just like the MSC.s. Do not allow this company to cheat you out of your money and your hard work.
Sorry to hear about your son. What do the shop instructions say ? If they say you can't bring anyone to the shop, then you can't and they are allowed to reject the shop. But if the instructions don't say anything, then you have an argument. But if you carried your son to one shop and not the others, and the instructions say you can't bring anyone, then they should only reject one.

If you plan on working for this MSC again, then you may want to think about whether you want to stir something up. If you don't plan on working for them again, then maybe you do.
I think eight apartment shops is worth fighting for regardless. Personally, I would not want to work with a company again if they denied payment on even one shop because of an error on another. I am basing this on the assumption each was a stand alone shop. If this was a situation where it was set up so all the shops have to be completed or payment is forfeited, that changes everything.

To the OP, for future shops where an emergency arises, contact the MSC to reschedule instead of completing a shop with a child in tow when it is not allowed.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
There are many discussions about Cirrus. They can be unfair, but I would fight for 8 jobs, really unfair. Good luck. I haven't worked for them in 10 years after one job and waiting for pay 4 months. and the low pay for what turned out to be a four hour job.

Live consciously....
If there were eight to which you did not carry your son, they should not be rejected unless there is something else going on..... I don't remember the typical rules for Cirrus, but it is very common to not allow shoppers to bring children to shops, so having that one rejected sounds very plausible.

I would definitely push back on the other eight...

Hard work builds character and homework is good for your soul.
I dont work for cirrus because it takes so long to get paid and you do have remind them.
I quit them when they told me that shoppers shopped in their spare time and did not need the money.

What is actually showing in your shop log for those shops? If they were rejected, you should see a comment stating that.
If all nine actually say they were rejected, then I would definitely follow up and pursue the eight you dispute.
I did just one job with them and I am sure that will be last one..I spent hours reading instructions and printing out 30+ pages of instructions. I spent on that shop 1.5 hours and about 2 hours to report shop. And few hours back and forth with editors. And finally after 90 days nothing shows up for pay (I invoiced that shop after reporting it) I reminded them about pay..

@gene Cirrus is NOT 90 days. Pay is processed at month-end of the third month after the month the shop was completed. Pay is submitted through PayPal and usually hits between the 5th and 7th. This coming week should be payments for shops completed in February.

And that entire process takes 4 months. That is insane.

The Better Business Bureau is a so-called not for profit company that gets money from companies in order to give them a rating. I worked for a company that ripped off a customer, but because they had paid the BBB, the BBB dismissed the complaint against them. I was fired from the company for speaking out against ripping customers off.

Do not waste time notifying the BBB. They would not get involved in this type of dispute anyway. You are not a customer.

Unfortunately, there are too many mystery shoppers who don't mind the low pay, irresponsible schedulers and owners, for anything to change.
