This is a shop where all items are donated and sold to benefit charities like Planned Parenthood, not consigned. The donor gets no part of the resale proceeds.

We have a local senior center that has a thrift shop attached. I try to donate all my stuff there because it benefits seniors in the area directly.

I haven't seen anyone asking for people to break their ICAs. Listing that MSC A has restaurant shops does not breach anything. Pam was not breaking any rules that I am aware of by asking which companies do these style of restaurants. It is no different than saying that Coyle does cruises without naming the cruise companies for example.
