Maritz Pay - Why no statements?

Quick questions for my Maritz experts -- I realize that I should be printing and saving my invoices as I submit them, but...is there any way to tell how much to expect on the upcoming pay cycle? Most MSCs will issue an invoice to let you know what's being paid. With Maritz I've only seen that statement after pay has arrived.

With direct deposit, one can see what has been paid on Maritz's website. It is often, but not always, posted 24-48 hours prior to disbursement.

As far as I know, there is no sure way. Maritz has always been this way. You can't be sure when an invoice is actually processed, although I imagine it is pretty quick. The harder part has to do with editing backlogs and holds. It could take several days or more for a shop to be edited and approved. So even printing your invoices wouldn't tell you anything for sure.
You can print each direct deposit to see what shops are in it. Last year I was frustrated because when they switched to the new system, they lost the ability to send shoppers records of direct deposits before the switch. I had forgotten to print a couple out before the year ended and could not access them even with help from Maritz. I really like how the direct deposit is set now, though.
I don't want to use the paper or ink to print the invoices, so I just use a pad to write the assignment numbers and the payment amount. Then when my direct deposit is made, I cross off the numbers that were paid. After the website revision, I noticed several shops were not paid. Maritz said they did not get the invoices, but they paid me the following pay period. We didn't discuss whether this was my fault or theirs!
