Question for Mystery Shop Forum - How to Change My User Name?

Hello! I would like to change my user name? Is that possible?

Can the user name be different from the company name?

I believe you just need to create a second account with the user name you want to use. I could be wrong though.
For full disclosure purposes, you should still identify your company in your sig line.

BarStoolie is actually wrong. Having two accounts in two different names is something that only trolls do. When Jacob helps you to change your forum name, your new name will automatically become the name on all of your prior posts. Forum members like to see what other statements a poster has made, so this makes good sense.
