They sent back a shop today asking exactly what did the cashier say in closing? It's a little odd because in the comments I had previously stated, after ringing me up, as I left, the cashier said, "have a good one". I thought that covered it. By the way, that statement is so common now, what kind of good one am I being wished?

They've sent a few reports back to me asking for answers that I had provided in the report. I sometimes wonder if my report doesn't reach them in its entirety. When I clarify, I start with saying 'I submitted this in my report' and copy/paste my answer. Then, I expand on it. 'Additionally, I would say that the cashier was polite and made good eye contact. She did not thank me. Her parting comment was "have a good one".'
