Trend Source. i think with any company with self assiigning you have to do a couple by applying first berfore you can start self assigning.

Intellishop and reality check also allow it after a few shops

Shopping Idaho and Oregon/Idaho border region.

Shoppers are not agents. Shoppers are contractors.

All shoppers are contractors, but some companies refer to them as agents.

An agent has legal rights to act on behalf of another. Shoppers do not have agency vis-a-vie MSCs. We cannot enter into contracts on behalf of the MSC. We cannot draw checks on the MSC's accounts. We are independent, not agents.

Hi, Rousseau--I understand that, but some MSC companies that I work with call their contractors agents, even though there is already an understanding of the contractor status. I am unsure of the reason why they use that alternative term, I just know what I have experienced. Perhaps it's for cosmetic purposes.
