Has anyone ever shopped with this company before? I did a retail shop yesterday and I read all the directions which clearly state that if you are unable to obtain the name of the associate that you should describe them as best as possible. I know certain shops require that you obtain a name but this one did not. The associate did not have a name tag on, did not introduce herself and her name was not on the receipt. I have done a good bit of shops and I decided based on the interaction occurring to not ask for the name. Now the scheduler is emailing me telling me I have to find out the name. I responded with the information above. I advised that the only way that I could think of getting the name was to call and ask who waited on me and if they wanted me to do that I would. This is a very small store, and there were only two employees in the store at the time. I have the other employee's name, she introduced herself so I think the client should be able to figure it out based on the time and my description. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks
