Abruptly Deactived

Hi All-

I'm still rather new to the forum but not mystery shopping so I don't know if I can name the shopping company outright. But I'm an referring to one of the major shopping companies in this post. They abruptly deactivated my log one day this week. I have consistently received 10s from this shopping company and they grade the harshest out of all of them (hint hint). Has this happened to anybody else?

It would be helpful if you could provide some background information on your interaction with the msc, what issues if any came up, etc.
To my knowledge no issues came up. I would get excellent grades on shops, thanked for taking shops that nobody seemed to want. We seemed to have an excellent relationship. I have been working for them about 2 years now and always had a great interactions. I was stunned when I saw deactivated. I reached out to one of my favorite scheduler with that company but have not heard back.
You may want to send a note to their general email. It could be they did it accidentally.
You can name the MSC as long as you do not also name the client.

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
It sounds like an accidental deactivation. Email to the scheduler again or ask her for Help or Support email, since scheduler is not the one who handles these things. She may have forwarded your email to the responsable person and that’s why it’s taking longer.
Since I can name the msc: its Intellishop. I read they tend to deactivate people, for the small stuff too.
That is beyond weird..I know intellishop gets alot negative comments here but I like them alot..have no idea what prompted a deactivation..hopefully it was just an accident on their part and it is remedied soon..keep us updated

Shopping Idaho and Oregon/Idaho border region.
I had not heard that Intellishop tends to deactivate a lot of shoppers for small stuff. I've worked with them about 8 years, although I work with them very little because I don't think they pay enough. There are always posts from shoppers who have been deactivated from various companies for what the shopper thinks is small. Sometimes what seems small to a shopper seems huge to a MSC and what seems small to an MSC seems HUGE to a shopper.

If I were in this position, I would communicate with Intellishop to be sure it was not an accidental deactivation. If it was intended, maybe they will share the reason with you, although many companies choose not to share the complete reason for deactivating shoppers. I hope the OP comes back to let us know the rest of the story.
I was deactivated by Intellishop. It was team "TopGun" that did it.

I ticked them off. It's been about four years ago so I don't remember what I did, I think it was not going back to re-shop a difficult location. This was after a couple hundred successful shops for them.
I'm not sure, it's something that Intellishop came up with for a big project they were doing.
"Top Gun" is something Intellishop schedulers have used for years as a team name for their group of schedulers.
