Has anyone had problems Bestmark's phone recording system lately? I had one call disconnect and another call there was not a recording at all. They recently have most calls being recorded but you cannot listen to them.
I had one completed phone shop, but all I got was "processing", so I couldn't listen to it after the fact. By the time I got back to it the next day (yet still within the reporting timeframe), Bestmark had removed it from my Board. Classy move, that Bestmark.
They changed the time for some phone calls. I am just having technological difficulties, even searching for shops. It is frustrating because I only do phone shops, and even though it is not a lot of money every little bit helps.

I only see shops there once or twice a week, and it's really hit or miss, mostly miss. Quite frustrating.
