IPSOS

Shoppers do not sign up with ipsos the schedulers will give you false info and not be honest with you and they will dismiss you instead of dealing with the problem. They are a compant to stay away from as they are also not prompt in returning emails either.

IPSOS is an excellent MSC. Scheduler Kim is a gem to work with. I do 50-90 shops with them every month. They pay quickly and on time. Although they already have a lot of clients, I wish they would get more from some of my less favorite MSCs.
I agree with whiterosie. IPSOS is an excellent MSC. I do a lot of shops with them as well and I've never had an issue. I work a lot with my scheduler Donna. If my email goes unanswered, I just call her.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I've never had an issue with IPSOS, either. I usually do 3 or 4 shops a month, so not a lot, but I have NEVER had an issue with them, or with payment. The OP never gave any specifics, so who knows what the OP is referring to??? Another "one and done"?? If the OP gave any specific details, maybe we could help. But no, never had any issues or problems with IPSOS.
Looks like they have acquired a new bank client..Think Blue

MsJudi - I see it in my area as well. Blue is on my 10-ft pole list though. $12 is a joke when you can spend days waiting to speak with a banker (even if you cheat and make an appointment). The former MSC at least bonused to $15 regularly. I specialize in bank shops - and this is by far the worst bank ever when it comes to customer service. Very worst.

Shopping up and down the Colorado Rocky Mountain front range.
But... no repetitive narrative of at least two sentences needed now. And no invoicing! In the mornings, you can usually be in and out in about 15 minutes on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
IPSOS is one of the best MSC's out there. They respond to email just fine, and they were there for me in an impressive fashion when a unique issue occurred with a shop.
I find IPSOS easy to work with. I find their in-house schedulers super quick to respond; I wonder if one ever sleeps. I have had mixed experiences with the outside scheduling firm which they engage for many shops.
IPSOS is great..pay like clockwork and when I have an issue or a problem the schedulers have been responsive and more than fair.
I received a e-mail about a job in my area. I e-mailed the scheduler asking more information about it and she reply back. I then e-mail and asked another question and she reply back again smiling smiley

I have never worked for IPSOS but when this shop becomes open in my area again I will keep it in mind
Can someone tell me where to find your banking info on the ipsos dite. I completed a few shops in the middle of Sept and have not received payment. The pay history says I was paid 10/9. I have not shopped for them in a long time, but I was paid in two weeks. I was trying to verify what bank account or Paypal account the have so I can follow up on the payment.
The pay history is the date payments were processed. They will post via PayPal on the 15th.

IPSOS does not collect banking information for US based shoppers. Payments are made only via PayPal.

yeah....think "tricky certification"....quoting the scheduler.....
It took me three times to pass the tests...tricky is right. Then the guidelines for a different client of theirs showed up as the guidelines for the bank shop. I think they have a few kinks to iron out, but I'm sure they'll get it straightened out.

They don't pay enough for the bank shops. I always waited until they got bonused over $20 with the other MSC who does those shops.

I'm having trouble passing the bank test with a 100% score also.
Different bank scenarios have different schedulers. Uh oh, I forsee real trouble in future route planning. And no self-assign. This might be impossble!
I figured it out. One of the questions has three answers and I only chose the one that combined the other two that needed to be checked.
It appears they have increased the shop pay to $17 according to the e-mail I just received.
wrosie, thanks for the warning on the test question. I'm not sure I would have caught that without your post. Only about 5 shops in my area available at $17. Sadly they were all over the LA and OC area.
I think the three month rotation has us all in a hold pattern because it was previously two (I think) and we have all been to our branches too recently.
I do as many IPSOS shops each month as I can. They've been great to work with and they pay very promptly. Wish they had more jobs closer to me.
Oh geez. I didn't say anyone else shouldn't do them for that, but it's not worth my time at that rate since I am rather busy with other shops that pay more. Besides, if I can get more money, why should I take them for less? If you have an answer for that one, please explain.

And yeah, I am rather special, if you must know. You can ask my schedulers and editors.
