Sinclair writing is just Argh!

I can barely handle their writing on the shop briefing. They are verbose to the point of nausea. On top of it the wording is awkward. To describe a place as workable when clearly the word "working" simply makes more sense. You have to read page upon pages of text and they make assumptions that later on you read in small text what the assumptions were. Arrgh! Frustrating.

On top of that their write up for general shopping briefing is pretty condescending. I'm almost sure they have pricks in upper management and it filters its way down, yet I'm sure the lower staff gets upset at the attitude or they just plain adapt and accept this style of management. In their general briefing and the shop briefing they go on and on about inane details they Do NOT NEED TO obscuring the main ideas and details.

I registered for BestMark and they are much simpler to understand.

I mainly do their pizza shops and have no problems with the guidelines. Sometimes the report itself can be rather non forgiving and I have to resubmit it a few times. Perhaps the guidelines are so detailed because of shoppers not doing the shops correctly and not following guidelines. Not picking on you, but we have a simple guideline in this forum to post comments about companies in the Mystery Shop Company discussion area. This area is for general mystery shopping discussions.
