Does anyone have a contact# for someone at confidential consumer? I was able to self assign myself to a shop but I realize I violate their 45 day rotation. I have sent multiple messages to the scheduler but have not heard back from them to see if I need to be removed from the shop or if they are lax on the rotation this month.
If I want to do a shop and I know that I am not up for it due to the client's rotation requirement, I email the scheduler and ask while stating the date of my last shop at that location. They usually either assign me the location or tell me that I have to wait.

I already did all this but had not heard back from the scheduler. I was asking if anyone had a number there I could call as I couldn't find one on their site.
