Sometimes their shops get clogged up like that. If someone flakes and the job is reposted, it requires a certain number of days' buffer before the next visit can be made, and if that is more than three days from today, then you'll see exactly what you're describing. It can also happen when they have an internal scheduling code error.
Call them first thing on Monday to point out what's happening. They can manually override the latter but not the former.
