A-Closer-Look Website issues?

Hi all,

Is anyone having an issue with the A-Closer-Look website? I was just finishing up a shop. When I tried to save a section, it gave me an error message - An error has occurred. Since then (about 30 mins ago), I get that every time I attempt to login. I've closed browser, dropped cookies, tried another device, and all give the same error. Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Good morning ! I just tried and I get the same error message. It looks like their site is down. Gremlins seem to love long holiday weekends to strike.

I logged in, searched, and reviewed guidelines and the questionnaire for a shop I have today. Using Firefox, if that matters.

That happened to me about a month ago. Their techs said it was because I used the "<" and/or ">" symbols i a narrative box and it messed with coding. Maybe you used an odd symbol?

I just got in, so it seems to be working now.

I don’t believe I used any odd symbols. It came back around 9am and I was able to complete. Thanks all for checking.

I have to say though, as someone who works in software, if an “<“ can’t be handled in a text box, you need to have a serious sit down with your dev team! It’s really easy to encode those things without causing any challenges, but I digress...
