They are an excellent company from my experience. The shops I do are easy and pay fairly by check in the beginning of the following month.

One of my favorites. I just wish they had more shops in my area. Schedulers are super nice.
I wasn't expecting payment from them until the weekend or Monday. Instead I got a PayPal notice first thing this morning. My scheduler is also great.

I do one shop for them in my town, did it three months in a row, then was told I'm unable to do anymore for awhile. I do like them, just want to continue doing this lunch shop, no problems, it's a small "Boutique" company.

The shops I do are quick and easy, and the reports are straight forward and simple. Payments are always on time. The scheduler always returns calls, is very understanding and personable, and willing to work with you. This is one of my favorite MSCs to work for.
Excellent company, straightforward shops, fair pay, pay like clockwork, excellent, excellent scheduler.
I enjoy working for them. I wish they had more shops within a reasonable distance. I work with a scheduler name Deana, and she is a true gem.

I have also worked with NIM and I also enjoy working for them 
GREAT company! The scheduler always is easy to reach if needed. She's very friendly and fair. NIM pays about the fastest of all companies!!
I never had any problems with them ... until I did.
I was doing lots of convenience store shops for them for a couple of years, then I did one shop where the bathroom had an 'out of order' sign on it, so I did not evaluate the bathroom, and they complained and refused to pay me because it seems they expect you to somehow break in and evaluate the restroom even if it is out of order. So I no longer work for them. Sigh.

I’ve done several shops for them where the restroom was out of order. I reported them as such (no evaluation) and never had a problem getting paid.
For the ones I have done with a bathroom, if there is a problem, they want a photo. SO, when i encountered one with an out of order sign, I took a photo of the door and reported that the bathroom had nothing (no soap, no towels, etc.) and attached the photo. Never heard a word about it.

This was one of the mystery shops, so you couldn't take a picture of it. They told me the store claimed the restrooms were available, and they decided to blame the store, rather than me. So I no longer do these. If the store can just lie, and they say OK, we just won't pay the mystery shopper, it only gives the store reason to lie, to avoid getting in trouble.
Sigh.
Actually, I think in some cases, the employees don't want to have to try and keep them clean, so they just slap an out of order sign on it. I had one revealed shop with an out of order sign on the door, that when I revealed myself, the guy complained that I hadn't checked the restroom. I said "There's an 'out of order' sign on the restroom." He said "So?"

Even with a mystery shop, you could have taken a picture of the out of order sign with your smart phone. There are many mystery shops where they want a picture of anything not satisfactory. It can be done discreetly.
