Just looking for people who have done shops with Confero. I have had trouble getting emails back from the scheduler, and it is getting old. Is this just the scheduler, or is it a thing they are known for?

I was supposed to do a shop for them where I had to sign for the rewards, prior to doing the shop. I hadn't received them in time to do the shop. I had e-mailed the scheduler for 2 days prior to my due date. I was to do it on a Saturday and that Monday I got a nasty e-mail from them informing me that I needed to return the rewards and I had a ding on my account. I replied letting them know I had not received the rewards yet and had e-mailed the scheduler twice prior to my due date. Their tone changed immediately and they asked if I would like to do the shop that week. I did finally receive the rewards on that Monday and did not accept them. I also heard from the scheduler that Monday asking if I wanted to do the shop that week. I said no to both and let them know the rewards were on the way back to them. They are on my 10 foot pole now. Their attitude of immediately putting a ding on me without getting all the facts did not set well. I noticed now that it states you do not have to sign for the rewards. They must have been having issues with it.

I've done a few movie alcohol shops with them. They responded quickly if I needed to add info, or if I had a problem. The payback schedule is a little long (got paid usually a month afterwards), but overall they're decent. I keep taking those alcohol shops, but wait until later in the month when incentives go up.
Since September, I have been waiting to be paid by Confero. However, it is not all Confero's fault. Part of it is my fault. I had an old bank account registered for direct deposit with Confero. I did several shops for Confero in September and didn't realize it until after they supposedly sent payment for the shop to my closed bank account. However, I received a response from Confero's shopperpayments@conferoinc.com asking if they could send it to PayPal, but I told them that I changed the direct deposit information and I wanted it credited to that new bank account on Mon, Nov 19, 2018 at 4:58 PM, since that time I have not heard anything from shopperpayments@conferoinc.com. I have called their Accounting Department as well.

What else can I do?
