Your post doesn't give any information about your issue, but I find it to be the opposite
Let me enlighten you, I have down many shops for them and one of the new co-owners Frank K has an attitude and poor communication skills. Also, I am a 100% disabled Vietnam veteran and because I asked a question about a shop, he deactivatited me! Does that help?
Wonderful schedulers, horrific owners. It's in your best interest to never ask about getting paid.
Frank is quite awful. They went off paypal for a few months and I happened to receive a check in the mail that was not for the amount of any shop I had done. I emailed and asked him what was going on because I was usually paid the correct amount by paypal. He went off on me that I needed to read the website and paypal is awful blah blah blah. I then got a second check that was for the same shop but it still doesn't make sense to me because the shop was supposed to be $10 + up to $8 reimbursement. I should have been paid a little over $15 but since Frank is incompetent, I assume, they paid me the full $8. I wasn't going to email again and argue with him so I just kept the $2 extra. If he would have been nice the first time, I would have notified him and sent it back.

The icing on the cake is, shortly thereafter they went back to paypal. Frank's an idiot.

That happens sometimes in the forum. Other shoppers catch it right away, but I don't.

You know, I was considering doing one of their mattress shops, since we are in the market for a new mattress. But, after reading what a jerk the owner is, I'm going to pass. I wouldn't want to have to deal with him over any payment issues. And I appreciate those who post about their experiences with this company. Thanks.
Unless it's changed since I did it, which was several years ago, it's a big PITA compared to other mattress shops. I was required to give the salesman my real phone number and email for follow up. I could not get the guy to stop calling me and I received spam emails for months. It's the only mattress shop I've ever done where I wasn't allowed to remain anonymous.
Interesting, you should get yourself a spam email. It is a throw away so if people need an email you can give that one to them to keep your actual email nice and free of spam. I have several.
