MCP Issues

Since MCP switched systems, has anyone else been having issues with them?

When they were still Sassie, I had a 10 rating. Now I have a hard time being accepted for shops.

Then when I do, they don't accept until after the due date or right when it is due so it is not possible to complete.

Last Monday I applied for a shop that had a shop frame of 12/01 to 12/03. The date I picked on the application to complete it was 12/01. On 12/01, I checked the site and it said I had no pending applications so I figured it was assigned to someone else. They assigned it to me yesterday morning, 12/04, after the due date and three days after I said I could complete it. Now I keep getting emails saying I have a late shop.

No problems with them for me. I completed 7 jobs for them since they switched. All without any issues. I did have one shop assigned to me with an overdue due date. I e-mailed the scheduler and she said they were having some issues with changing due dates in their system. I think they are just getting used to using the new system.

My schedulers have been very responsive. Yours may be different. But I would definitely try contacting them to see what's going on.
Yes, I have had the due date glitches, which can be very annoying for consciencious shoppers. They always adjust the dates and will understand if you are no longer able to fit the shop into your schedule. Otherwise, a very good company to work with.

I suggest you keep a close eye and a reliable ledger on the shops you performed for them! I also thought they were paying me, till I checked my paypal payments and compared them to my payroll webpage (on the shopmetrics platform -find it in the settings drop down menu) and I realized how they were screwing me up AGAIN! They owe me for at least 6 shops one of which is way overdue since JULY!!

I disagree completely walesmaven! MEASURE CONSUMER PERSPECTIVES is a company to stay away from! They are a bunch of thieves and in order not to pay you your dues they LIE THRU THEIR TEETH and come up with all kinds of excuses. Avoid them like the PLAGUE!!
Wow! Not my experience at all! In fact, last year when one of their clients failed to pay them, they paid their shoppers anyway. Maybe you need to speak directly to Kimberly, who owns the company.

We pay out nearly $100,000 a month in shopper payments. We probably get 1000 inquiries from shoppers a month regarding not being paid. In 990 instances, shoppers did not check their paypal accounts. A handful of payments don't occur because of database glitches. Shoppers who email us should email kiki@measurecp.com, as she investigates shops. Shops done incorrectly are not billed.

For example, we have one shopper who is claiming that shops were not paid for on the SASSIE platform. Upon investigation, it turns out that they were paid.

We take shopper payment very seriously, and investigate all claims.

Kimberley,

I have all the PROOF that the shops that YOU ABUSIVELY REFUSE TO PAY ME FOR were in fact done CORRECTLY!!!

Now what do you prefer, that I email you one last time with these EVIDENTIAL documents , and you agree to pay me in FULL for whatever payment is owing to date, on BOTH the "sassie" and "shopmetrics" platforms, or shall I PUBLISH your DISHONEST ACTIVITY HERE IN THIS PUBLIC FORUM?

Since you chose to bring MY EXAMPLE out on a public forum, I can do the same!

I have nothing to hide nor to loose! YOU DO!!

Kiki and kimberley are the same person ...right? Well she is the one REFUSING to pay me my dues when I have all the evidence my shops were done according to the instructions.

Your SASSIE platform VANISHED INTO THIN AIR in mid-November Kimberley!!! Anyone googling it like I did at that time, would see it was "CACHED" and was nowhere to be seen on the web!! You are very careful to HIDE YOUR TRACKS...but then you forget that shoppers have brains too!!

The "sassie" platform is back ever since I, and probably others, COMPLAINED about its disappearance!
What a bunch of BS from the shopper when it concerns their moving to a new site.

I have worked for this company many times. We were told that SOME jobs were being moved to Shopmetrics. Most jobs stayed for months on the old scheduling site. Since I only do their video and audio shops, I cannot say what is left on the old site. But it was never hidden that they were moving the audio and video jobs. Since the OP states that he was doing audio or video shops, this just not make sense.

As most of you know, I will rat out any MSC that fails on its duties to shoppers. But I quite know that their platform NEVER "vanished into thin air." The sassie platform never vanished.

It appears that this poster registered today. I do not hold that against any newbie on this site. I too, was braced as a newbie here. But I think that we need to see more from this poster than rants before we feel comfortable with his/her issues.

I can assure you that unless I KNOW what I am talking about I would never throw dirt on anybody! But you do understand that I do mystery shops not for fun but do do some extra bucks, just like every other shopper.

Be my guest! Go ahead and read my other posts! I speak the truth. For those companies who do not let me down I have words of praise. But I can only talk about MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE and with Kimberley this was a NIGHTMARE !! Unless Kimberley is willing to settle the payments she owes me I will expose her dishonesty SUPPORTED BY EVIDENCE because I have absolutely NOTHING TO HIDE!

FYI the "sassie" site WAS CACHED till I pushed the issue with Kimberley and urged her to let me view an account of my past shops!! She herself came up with a response in email , stating "THERE IS NO SUCH SITE ANYMORE!!"
Just so everyone understands I am here to speak the truth I will compare MEASURE CONSUMER PERSPECTIVES with NATIONAL SHOPPING SERVICE.

I do this with greatest responsibility. And I am also comparing these two competitors because they happen to both assign me shops for the SAME CLIENT located in the same loctions within the same State where I live!!

I NEVER NEVER NEVER had any issue with National Shopping service. They are honest and work with integrity, whereas Kimberley of MEASURE CONSUMER PERSPECTIVES IS SUCH AN INCONSCIENTOUS PERSON that she even goes as far as BLAMING IT ON THE CLIENT when she feels like making up an excuse for NOT paying!!!

Now you judge...if I do shops right for National Shopping Service, on behalf of one same particular client, and everything flows smooth with them, they pay me to the least penny, INCLUDING ALL PROMISED BONUSES FOR DEADLINE SHOPS, what point have I to do things differently with MEASURE CONSUMER PERSPECTIVES? As I said I do mystery shopping to help myself not to dive into problems!

BTW: My shops with MEASURE CONSUMER PERSPECTIVES and for which KIMBERLEY REFUSES TO PAY ME, were NOT Audio or Video shops.

Following YOUR same Argument, Mr. Devil's advocate for KIMBERLY NASIEF & her MEASURE CONSUMER PERSPECTIVES:

WHY SHOULD SHOPPERS BELIEVE KIMBERLY NASIEF, WHEN SHE JOINED THIS SITE TO CHASE MY POSTS, AFTER SOMBEODY LIKE YOU PROMPTED HER TO DO THAT, AND SHE POSTED ONLY JUST ONE POST IN A LOUSY FAILING ATTEMPT TO CLEAR HER NAME, which worked against her cos it only put her more on to the spotlight?!
There are a couple of things here, sportofficial. First you are waaaay too angry with MCP, which most of us have had no issues with. You have gone out of your way to scream about them in all capital letters on many threads. It is not at all unusual for a shopper to have a disagreement with a particular scheduler or company, but your level of excess in your screams certainly sounds like a vendetta rather than a conversation and caution. And now you would chastise those who disagree with your claims, indicating that is not their experience? I'm sure you will scream at me in all caps as well, but as a business person, where there is a company with whom you personally have issues, move on.
In addition, I suspect that many companies monitor the threads about them on the forums. Some have policies against posting; others do not.

Re walesmaven's comment and your retort, I would attach more credibility to Kimberly's post than yours. Both of you are newbies by forum standards. The difference here is that Kimberly posted one (only ONE!) rational comment and signed her name and company with contact information. We know MCP and we know who Kimberly is. Many of us have worked for MCP and had pleasant experiences. She did not identify you, did not tell us any particulars about your situation or try to discredit you in any way. If she had, I would have been disappointed...that's just not how this MSP rolls in my experience with them. Your initial post of unhappiness was fine, but you have posted multiple MCP complaints in several threads and your posts have now deteriorated into a rant, with "yelling" your posts in all caps and arguing with any shopper who makes a good comment about MCP. This tremendously damages your credibility as far as I am concerned.

I so agree. I have never worked for MCP, but except for some Pizza shop scheduling issues (and that is the scheduling firm, IMHO) I have never heard a bad word, until now. Considering how increasingly enraged the responses from sportofficial appear, I would have to say that I am of the opinion that what went wrong here is not the MCP end.
I work for them doing a number of different assignments and have never had a problem with MCP. They give you the assignments you ask for and after completeing them they pay. That's how it supposed to be SPORTSOFFICAL you must have a vendetta against MCP do your self and the rest of us take it somewhere else.

I just had this happen also. I was apparently a backup shopper and by the time it got to me it was overdue. I tried to work with the scheduler since my book was full for the week. Instead, I was forced to go in and decline, which I was informed would count as a flake. NO THANK YOU.
