RBG Contact?

Hello, Does anyone have contact info other than a scheduler for RBG. I have shops completed for them that I am not being paid the full fee. Im receiving a reduced fee for shops I've gone to that were closed/not there. I followed all instructions including verifying hours/location on the shop website prior to visit. Receiving a reduced fee/go see fee for a shop closure is not noted anywhere on assignment or msc website.

Go to the home page for Reality Based. At the bottom right, there is a yellow "Contact Us" button with an envelope on it. If you use this, you should receive a response quickly.

Be sure and provide to them what the scheduler said when you contacted her about the location being closed. All their guidelines say "Remember If you have any questions or if something odd happens during your shop, please contact your scheduler as soon as possible and before completing the SASSIE survey. Failure to
follow the Guidelines will affect you obtaining future assignments and possibly pay for shop."

What did the scheduler say when you contacted her about a closed location?

Thanks!

The scheduler said to submit the shop with photo of location which I did. The other one, said to submit with details that I had communicated to her.
If no information is listed about closed sites then you are lucky you're getting the reduced fee. Some jobs/ MSC's pay nothing for closed locations. Most give an attempt fee but very few I work with pay the full amount. Good Luck.
My advice would be to let it go - it's not worth it. I questioned this with RBG in the past and they explained to me that the shop instructions state that you will be paid for a successfully completed shop. Therefore, they didn't need to pay anything if I wasn't able to complete the assignment. I then stopped receiving emails from them and stopped being assigned any shops I applied for. Most MSPs only pay $3 or so for a closed location and like wwin stated, some don't pay anything at all. You are better off to just walk away if you want to keep shopping for them.
