JM Ridgway Storage Shops

I've emailed, but do not know Frank well enough to know how often he checks email and I'd like an answer soon.....

I have picked up a few storage shops through JM Ridgway. The instructions are clear that I am not to accept an appointment should the salesperson ask before asking me various qualifying questions. If I decline the appointment, as per the instructions, am I to conduct the visit cold? The instructions are clear that I do conduct a cold visit if I am not able to reach a salesperson by phone.

I have the sense that I need to follow guidelines perfectly with this, so I am hoping to hear from folks who have done such shops.

I do a lot of JM Ridgway storage shops but admit Niki is my contact. The ones I do are pretty simple and I'm not understanding your question. I'm thinking it must be a different shop than is done here in So Cal. The only important part of the shops I do is to not refuse to give followup info (email/phone #). Good luck with Frank, Niki has always been wonderful to work with.
It's a different client that what they have in Los Angeles.... The question is: There are two different scenarios, one for when you reach a salesperson and one when you don't....... If I reach a salesperson but am NOT invited to visit, do I visit with the "phone call scenario" or the "cold visit" scenario.

I didn't get clarification, so I just decided to go with the flow today.... Three of the four sales people did invite me to visit.... When I dropped in on the fourth, he did not ask me any questions, so I did not need to pick a scenario, so it all should be good.
