Market Force Direct Deposit

I'm new with Market Force and my direct deposit application has been sitting at signed up, but not even being bank verified yet for over 3 months. They don't respond to email about it. I don't think it should take this long. Anyone know anything about how long direct deposit should take?

I went from getting checks to direct deposit a few years ago. I think it took a little over a month.. I remember getting one more check in the mail after signing up for direct deposit and then the next pay period I got my pay deposited. I've heard that they have fewer administrative folks now so I can believe it might take longer. If I were you, I would first look very closely and be sure the bank info and account I provided are correct, and then I would email the Help Desk and ask for help from a Shopper Advocate, just to be sure there's not something wrong.

I have had the same problem and it’s now 4 months. I emailed the Help Desk and they responded that they were having a problem in accounting with setting up new DD’s. You are not alone.

While you all are waiting for your direct deposit to go through, are you shopping and receiving checks in the mail?

Yes, I’ve been receiving checks on a regular monthly basis while waiting for my DD to be set up.

Mine FINALLY was approved today after entering the info for my new account in November.

Happily shopping the Pacific Northwest. Shopping since 2013 smiling smiley

A few months back, I was having trouble with my bank. So I changed MF to checks from DD. No problem -- except that checks went out so very late each month!

Changed it back to DD early this month -- and just today it's showing "approved". I expect a check in the mail again this month, but after that, should be back on DD.

I had the same problem, 2 months and the DD still not approved. Sent an email and they said they were having problems with getting things approved with banks. They said to go and resubmit your information and about 2 days later I actually say that it was verifying with bank, then ....a few days later....approved.

Mine wasn't approved either. I probably entered it in November. I went to go check but it seems like the server is down now.
