The Source PAD approval

I requested a PAD on a project that is due today. This is my first project with them so not sure how it works. I got the confirmation that I got the project however when I login to my account it shows the PAD as "pending approval". What does it mean? Please help!

If you got the confirmation that you got the project, then you got what you asked for in PAD when you requested it. Don't worry about it. I think it just means it's pending approval of your completed shop. I see the same thing when I get shops with The Source (I imagine everyone sees the same thing).

Yes, I recently had a PAD approval with them, and it shows as pending. After your shop is approved, the PAD should show up. If it doesn't, which happened in my case, I just let them know and reminded them about the text I had from them approving the PAD. It was immediately added in. So hold on to any emails or text showing approval of PAD.

PAD approval is hit or miss.

I got PAD for a survey I did in my living room.
I did not get PAD that I requested for a shop that was 60 miles away.

No i did not get an approval for the PAD just assignment approval. But the assignment had to be done today ONLY and within a specific time frame, I didn't want to miss that window so completed the assignment. Oh well, lets see. This is my first assignment with them, hopefully can make a good impression to get better PAD in the future:-) thanks everyone!!

In the past, if they gave me a shop where I asked for PAD, I was given the shop and it showed the same thing (pending approval) and if I got confirmed, I got paid what I asked for...so it's a bit confusing to me that others got approved for PAD but then didn't get paid that amount. Very odd.

I never get pad and don't ask, as The Source are in San Diego, CA and have tons of jobs and shopper here, I am able to self assign with nothing being more than 3/4 miles from home...self assigning and no driving is enough "pad" for me.

I've never seen a "Survey" on The Source and but I've only been with them 10 years. May have been a mistake, have you received pay? Yes, lol @ living room survey....
