If this is the project where they pay for your stay in full (rather than their normal 50%), I just finished my first one and it was, by far, the simplest hotel I've ever done. Mine actually had no coffee, bar, or restaurant. Just room service (2x), valet, and front desk (if it's the same hotel chain, they have some brand new movies available).
Ashley is a dream to work with and super responsive and the report was incredibly easy.
Do it.
